Most people looking for plumbing have had a bad experience with a contractor, or know somebody who has. The price moved. Nobody turned up. The work was done and then the problems started. That is the bar we are trying to clear, and it is a low one.

What we do

• Free written estimates. Scope and price in writing, no obligation, no pressure call afterwards.
• Agree the price first. The number you approve is the number you pay, unless you ask for extra work.
• Licensed and insured. Every time, and we will send the certificate before anyone comes out.
• Back the work. Workmanship in writing, manufacturer warranties passed through.

What we will not do

• Quote a price over the phone. Anybody who does is guessing, and the guess is never in your favor.
• Sell you work you do not need. If a repair will do, we will say so, even though a replacement pays better.
• Promise a date we cannot hold. Busy seasons are busy. We would rather tell you that than miss the appointment.
